Professional flash programmer needed

I'm looking for a flash designer/programmer needed for special flash script- we will provide the video footage. We'll need you to help with the script/design etc. Here's an example of what we're looking to do innovateads(at)com/jump.php - notice the lady on the bottom right corner)

We're looking for someone as soon as possible to complete this for us. If everything goes well and the project is completed we will also require of other flash work.
