Experience:
Highly experienced in interactive Flash UI development
Strong passion for games.
Having developed state of the art games using Flash technology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to integrate code communicating between game and main application

Self-starter capable of managing their own schedule and seeing a project through every stage of development
Aggressive problem solver with a creative approach to solutions
Experience working independently within a small team

Flexible work schedule. Telecommute OK. Working during evenings and weekends is acceptable as long as candidates are available for scheduled phone meetings on some weekdays. We are flexible and easy to work with.
