If you've come to this forum seeking help with a homework assignment, please read this first.
Most of our members will be more than happy to help you with your problems, as long as you fullfill the following requirements:
- You've made an attempt at doing the exercise yourself.
- You can show us the code you've got, and explain where you're stuck, be it in figuring out the right algoritm, or the error you're getting that you don't understand.
If you don't fit those, you're probably out of luck. Posting the assignment, especially with a note saying `I need this tommorow, fix it please', isn't going to get you any sympathy.
Why? Most of our regulars work in, or aspire to work in, the software business. The last thing we're waiting for is a colleague who learned only one thing in school: How to have others do his work for him. So if that's your goal, we'd rather have you not graduate.
If, however, you're seeking to learn and hone your script-fu, we'll be glad to help you. Feel free to ask why we solved a particular problem in a particular way. In software development, the why is often more important than the how.
Welcome to the forums. I hope you learn a lot!
