2 problems with site: Infinite loop and anchor name repeating itself in title bar

I am re-doing a site I designed. And what I have done so far is working except for two things.

Problem 1:
There seems to be some sort of infinite Loop and I can't find it in my code. It happens on both index.php and new.php
Problem 2:
On the right side of the page I have a spot where it has the title's and a link to the most recent news articles on the site. However after i click on it, it goes to the right spot however the titlebar has the normal title + #1#1#1#1..... or whatever the anchor name is.

I solved problem 1. It was looping because it was looking for one of the flash buttons which I apparently moved out of the directory. However I am still at a loss on the second problem with it putting the anchor name in the title bar over and over and over again(and di I mention over again)

I can't duplicate the anchor in the title bar problem. Hopefully that menas you were able to fix it.

Same here... No problems appearing on the title bar... Still only shows "Suanhacky Lodge #49"

That's really weird... Works no problem for me... I'm using Firebird, so not sure if that has anything to do with it..

Also, what version of IE are you running? From the shot it looks to be an older verison... Have you tried updating it?

My current version is: IE 6.0.2800.1106CO and my OS (just in case) is Win 98
I ran windows update on my computer twice in the past week and it didn't list any updates
