Create an easy "News System"

I want to design a very easy news system to report short news in my index page. I would like it to look like this:

Thats it, very simple one, No comments or complicated large codes.

But i still need help to do it. I'm very new to php, and i don't know how to do an script myself w/o any help.

I only want 3 files in order to complete this project: db_config.php, addnews.php, index.php. I only will need help to write addnews.php and the index.php.

If i can use any tutorial or can have any help from any one, please!!!.

This is something I am currently working on. Although what I am doing seems to be a little bit more complicated then what you want. But oce I get mine done I'll let you know what i did
