download like fileplanet.com
How to create in php download system like fileplanet.com ? i mean someone want to download file, we click at hiperlink and there is an info about file next we click download and if there is 10/10 ppl downloading this file then we must waint until someone finish download. When we can download then we downloading file with speed that is setup in mysql database...
P.S. sorry for bad englisch :/

i would say dont waste your time making something like this you can get a free program called phpfildb...give it a shot if you still want to make a system lke file planet im sure we can help you
