Help
Hey, I'm new to the programming world and was wondering, which language would be best to use/learn to make a basic statistics counter (minimum of 7 different options). I'm looking to make it so that at a click of a button, multiple statistics will increase, and a total for each is counted.

Can anyone help point me towards what i need to learn?
