Python spider

How do u develope a spider coding using python..what do u need and how do u do it?..

I want to extract information from a website that changes from day to day and to be displayed in a python program. Can this be done?

There is an example of what you are looking for on ActiveStates site (http://www.activestate.com). Now, it was on there a while ago and still should be on there - search through their docs. If you can't find it, the example is a tutorial in their Komodo package, you can download that and look at the examples. You get a bonus by downloading the app, it is a python ide; amongst others....
