On the front end I need to create a rule that still allows me have [] as part of the rule value.
eg: Subject Contains Regular Expression and value is Re:[qwerty] I need to know what operator allows for [] to be literally recognised. |

If I understand you correctly, simply precede the [ and ] brackets with a \, thus making it understood as a literal. HTH! |
