Visual Basic Questions

Hello,

I am back to being new at VB. I do have questions though.

Is there any way to run VB on the web with out having to download it. Like flash?

I would like to do some games in VB, what kind of game would you suggest me to do first?

Follow up to the previous question: Do you have any suggestions or ideas I could use?

Could I make desktop aps in VB that a user could download, for example a chat room and then if another user has it, they could interact with one another through the internet?
