PL SQL Error

I get the following error when I run on my Windows Server machine.

PLS-S-00201, identifier 'J44RVTMP' must be declared
Error at line 353, column 3 in file .\pc\SzExwrt.pc
EXEC SQL DELETE J44RVTMP

I am using Oracle 9i database. Can anyone has an idea.
