Tracking changes to a field in a table

hi i was wondering if anyone knows of a function or comandand that can be used to get rows where a particular field has changed , i don't want to know all rows modified only those rows where this one particular field has been changed ....

example in customers table want to return only those rows where the PostId field has changed in the last month or week etc
