Uninstall Oracle Form 6i

Hi All,

I am a new user of oracle forms. I need to install oracle form 6i. But I am unable to do it. I have tried deleting all the folders created by oracle form. But I am unable to delete many DLLs in the BIN folder.
Could someone please let me know how to do it efficiently.

Make sure that there's no oracle service (forms server, client cache etc.) running.

I got it. I was deleting the windows registery entries of oracle and the environment varaibles. but i was not able to delete
the DLLs. Well, i just retstarted the PC and it allowed me to delete the DLLs. Then I just reight clicked and deleted the short cuts.

I am describing the process to uninstall forms 6i manually(means without the help of Uninstall tool provided by D2K package)

1. Stop all the services of Oracle running on the machine.
2. Go to Regedit from Start->Run.
3. Delete all the registry entries of Forms and Reports
4. Delte the folder from your local drives where forms and reports are installed.
5. from "C:\program Files" delete the folder named "Oracle"
6. Restart your Machine.
7. If you encounter any problem in the Normal Mode... Switch to SAFE Mode and do the process from 1 to 6.
