Downloading Image

Hi! I'm newbie to J2ME here. I have developed a simple program to retrieve image from http connection continuously but after sometime, the image seems no more updating the screen. I suspect it is caused by the increasing heap memory which make it behave that way but I'm unsure of my statement. I have tried using ststem.gc() to solve the problem but still unable to do so. Anyone knows what is the solution? Please help.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,
yhat
