Eclipse help !

hi ppl i am a student doing a project!
Firstly i am doing something about community centre.
i cant seem to prompt an error only when user input identical Nric. I have no idea where is my mistake. It still allow users to input same Nric field type which i dun want to
I need some help ppl.

Secondly, for login page how do i compare the codes when user type in the Jtextfield their nric and their password. how do i compare and allow them to login . i know it uses retrieve but i have no idea thanks! Does anyone know the codes or something ? please help if u know thanks alot!
