how to edit this existing shell?

Hi everyone, the newest newbie is here. I found this site through a search engine. I have been looking for a development forum to get help, and hopefully provide some myself, although you all seem to know far more than me! I am trying t get started with creating a program, and I have the shell below. This is what I posted at the sun forums, but nobody seems to have the time of day

URL

the link above is to a program which I have to edit. I am using JBuilder 9. I cannot see how to open this program in JBuilder so that I can edit the interface.

If anyone could take a look, I would be really really grateful.

Thanks for any replies!

The zip file contains just a few .java files. Alle the rest is html and .class files, so the compiled bytecode version of corresponding javafiles. The only files you can edit are the java files, but that's just a handfull.
