SE K700:Game freezes on splash screen although it is running on all 60s device
Hi,
We are developing a game in J2ME.
Issues : When we check the build on the device (particularly k700) for call interrupt,The game is getting crashed although it is running on all 60S devices.
If we have tried in different device in same model,the issue is not coming. I am taking some points on doubt to clarify with you.
1.If it is Firmware problem,then how to solve?
2.If it is device problem,how to find out?
3. Issue is not 100% from build side,then how to make it run on that particular device?
Issue Description : Frequently, if player receives a call on game splash screen when intro music is being played, game freezes.
Call ring tone doesn't get played and call notification box doesn't get displayed, only vibration can be felt. After disconnecting the call, phone keeps vibrating and player cannot enter the game.
