Hi,
I am doing a project which includes searching of files on windows (both local and networked PC) from java.
Is there any API provided by java or open source. or can we invoke the windows search functionality from java to do this task.
any inputs will be highly appreciated.

@Akshata, did ya get succeeded in doing that java search development.
