Urgent - How to start the application for Web Services Example...

Hi all,

I want to develop one application for a example of Web services. From J2ME i have to get a date from other platform like VB.net using Web Service APIs. Any one help me to give one example for this topic. I read about Web Services but i didnt get any idea how to start programming in J2ME. I dont know where to place the WSDL file, how to access this file from J2ME program. If any body know please explain what are the steps in using web services.

Please help me complete my job in schedule.
