The drag and drop functionality is handled natively within IE. It's great, you can drag an image from any site into your editor, and it automatically handles the URL.

Ahhh - sorry - thought you were referring to the ability to drag and drop and image from another browser into the editor.

The ability to move images around WITHIN the editor is just a bunch of DHTML tricky, of which there are a plethora of scripts around on the net which allow this. I'm not going to tell u were to get 'em cos i'm sure mitch won't appreciate it. :P
