Close/Open All Menu

I currently have a fully functional expandable menu webpage. If I click on the [+] next to an item it expands, clicking on the [-] collaspes it. What I need now is the ability to open all and/or close all.

Please see the attached file for my code.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
