Anyone heard of a good alternative to execCommand("SaveAs", null,"file.txt") that works well in Mozilla Firefox? The IE runs this command just fine but it seemsto be totaly missing in Mozilla.
Thanks! |

Do it on the server instead. Then it will work in all browsers.

Not that I know of. Why isn't using the server an option?

maybe you are on a free host who don't support MIME-type changing?
