Post Highlighting text within a textarea in javascript
Actually my task is having one text box,button and a textarea.When a user enter a text in the textbox and click the button for search the particular text in the txtarea,the corresponding text should be highlighted.
How can i do this with javascript.
can u help me...

Use this script as your base - and replace the document selection portion with textarea.value. The same logic applies.
