how i can do this concept by javascript

hiiiiiii

i will to explain my concept for you to produce support for me

the concept is representing the mathmatics operations by javascript language
and i want use scale

i want know how i can make not balance scale
or swag scale

this not balance is happen just when i carry weight and hang it on the rule in scale

the left scale is represent by rule stylus from 1 to 10
like this

and the right scale represent by another rule stylus from 1 to 10
and there are more than one wieghts that used to carry and hang into this rules

how i can make program that show the scale and his balance or not balance

I also have a concept here that would need some javascript. Im just a beginner so i need your help. I need a menu in small fonts at its first phase.Its a verticsl menu and when you put your mouse over it then it becomes larger but it has to give a zooming or waving effect. Please help...
