Overlap for dropdown menu?

Hi everyone, I've this problem which I'm not really good at explaining. please see the attached image. Is there any way to solve the overlapping? Thanks in advanced.

Yes - it's a common problem.

If it really effects your site - then you need to set your drop down box to 'hidden' when activating the dhtml menu.

There is a cross browser dhtml menu working with Flash and Form object at Sothink.

Even with this software, you cannot make dhtml menus appear on
top of form elements such as <select>s. That's just the way it is.
The only real solution is as Stumpy said: make any elements that
are likely to interfere hidden with style="visibility:hidden;" when
the menu is activated...

Btw, nice spamming there Sothink...
