Need Help Debugging Script/Error in Script - Search inside xls?

Hi everyone, im carlos from argentina, well actually i dont know if this is the right part of the forum for this...
well my question is:
i have like 5 .xls files that have 4 colums an like 5.000 entries altogether, so i want to ''include'' in some way into the web, like (i have no idea but) something like a search script that search inside all those files and it give you back the results, or something like that...

i dont kno wif someone has any clue how should i do this... or if there is any script that make something similar....

ill apreciate any help,
