Need Help Debugging Script/Error in Script - Submitting Form Data From Links

I'm trying to create a pretty minimal admin page for a group, and I want to be able to submit form data whenever a link is pushed, and then go to the page that the link is for. I have been trying different JavaScript code snippits that I have seen, and nothing will work for me. Anybody have any solutions for this?
