Question Access as Interface & Database

I'm new to Access and need to create an interactive database that will store
data from various users via a User Form and then use that data to create
various reports. The users will be accesing the database/UserForm from a Power
Point Presentation. The problem is the users do not have Access. I was told
that I could setup Access to act as the database and the Interface.
However, I'm not sure how to go about that. Any advice on where I can
learn how to do this? Or other alternatives?
