Exclamation Access-VBA Label printing problem

can anyone out there help me with an access-vba programming problem?

i need to printout 12000 (4x4) labels in stack formation - that is, all sorted zip codes of a particular province should be printed in the first quadrant, all sorted zip codes of the next province should be printed in the 2nd quadrant and so forth.

the reason for this is that the labels are sent to the central post office where they are guillotined. the postal workers then stack the quadrants and the labels are put in the mailing machine. this facilitates the distribution of the publication.

using the built in label wizard is of no help because it generates a printout in "Z" formation - from the first zip code to the last. this does not make stacking possible and wouold consume a lot of time in having to manually sort out the labels.

can anyone pls help. urgent.

pls reply directly to jbrias@pvd.com

thank you.
