calculating time difference

i have a query table which looks like this

Date Time Event User Computer
7/14/2004 10:04:30 AM 538 SYSTEM L340C53
7/14/2004 10:04:30 AM 538 SYSTEM L340C53
7/14/2004 10:01:44 AM 538 SYSTEM L340C53
7/14/2004 10:01:34 AM 540 SYSTEM L340C53
7/14/2004 10:01:34 AM 540 SYSTEM L340C53
7/14/2004 10:01:34 AM 540 SYSTEM L340C53
7/14/2004 10:00:57 AM 538 SYSTEM L340C53

i want to calculate how long the time, which user and
which computer uses the program. Any way i could
do it ?

To calculate time duration, you will need a start time field, and an end time.
