Date by month expression - Solved.

When I first made this form, I had it orderded "Date By Month" as an expression so it listed...Jan, Feb, Mar etc. I had to input some information retro-active and the date is October. So when I run the report, it reads July, August, September, November, October. (Because I entered the October info after the November info) How can I force the report to list them in Month order no matter when I enter them?

I realize this should be easy, but all the obvious sorts and orders do not seem to make it work the way I need it to.

*** The reason was simple...I was sorting my query by my primary key and basing my report off of that query. ***

Make a column in ur query and use the following expression

Format([date field name],"mm" & " " & "yy") this would give u month numbers and then u arrange in ascending order.
