Dates ! (not the yummy ones)
Hi everyone,
I am developing a database for my father and his small business. Basically there is one table with a date field. I want to run a query with date ranges e.g. from 1/6/07 to 1/7/07 or if possible from month = July to month = August etc... However I just cannot do it. I have tried to do it with dashes in the criteria section "1/07/2007-1/08/2007" etc. but it never works any suggestions to get it working the way i want it to? PS: im going to create queries all the way to 2010 with all the months so all he has to do is click it and a totals report will come. Thank you for your help! |

Two ways to do this. Look at this
http://www.techonthenet.com/access/queries/parameter1.php then also look at using the between function in your parameter. http://www.techonthenet.com/sql/between.php Alan
