Hi MS Access experts,
I have records with some entries that are bogus, but I’m not in a position to change the application (to not accept bogus entries), and I cannot delete these entries from the db because we may need them in the future.... My question is - is there any way that I can exclude certain entries (hand picked) that I don't want included in my query? These entries are messing up my charts when I export the data to excel & analyze with Minitab. I'd like to flag them permanently so that I don't have to go through the whole list every time I do a query. Thanks for any suggestions!! JJMc |

To make them permanent, you will need to add a field to your table, maybe a simple Yes/No checkbox for example. Then Check the ones you don't want to show up in your reports. Then in your query add this field and set the criteria to No. This will display all records that haven't been checked. In the future should you want them added, just simply uncheck the check box for that record.

Ah, that is exactly what I'm looking for!
Thank you! JJ |
