Flashing Image

We have created a flashing image using the TimerInterval Function but we really want it to fade in and out, does anyone know if this is possible and if yes how to do it????

By increasing or decreasing the RGB value in a loop of the same function

to fade out

For loop = x to y step z
forecolor=forecolor-z
next loop
