Format Date for x-tab query (ACCESS 2K)
I have a history file of some 7k records and growing. The records have been entered according to date/time and a classification category.
I am trying to do a xtab query that will sumarize the vairous categories by date. I can't get the date only portion of the post date. I get date AND time which produces all 7k rows instead of about 90 lines for the 3 months covered by the history file.
How to I set the query to extract ONLY the date and ignore the time. I have tried all of the date/time functions but none seem to work .
