hi,
i am totally new in MS Access, is it possible that to make different user to log in with different security level? the case is like this, A can add data only B can add, edit and delete C can add, edit, delete and maintaining is it possible? i am totally blank with this ... please help me ... thank you |

Yes it is possible and can be done in a variety of ways, all of which depends on your environment. Try exploring through the Tools/Security and see what options are available that will work best for you. The built in wizards will let you assign different security levels either to individual or to a group. It is usually easier to create groups and assign permissions to a group rather than individuals. That way when a new user is added, just simply assign the new user to a group and the new user will have those group permissions.
