help with Go button in my search box

i have made a form which includes most of the fields of my database
tables and a command button (named GO).. I want if any of the user
put any of his query in text fields in any of the fields out of 20.. and press
the GO button, the query should show results.

There are fields like first name, last name, mobilenumber, etc etc means to say
20 fields, and few of the options also includes radio button and cambo boxes...
i want if the user typed in first name , or choose any other fields, not all of them and
press the GO buttion.
the querry should show the results.
