how to revoke startup settings
i have removed all the buttons / options of Access including hiding the tools menu, in startup options. now i want to revoke it so that i can see & use all the standard menus. .how?

Unless I mis understand what you want. Simply hold down the <SHIFT> key whewn you open the database. This disables any startup options.
