How to Track Chnages in MS Access Database

Dear Experts,

I have made a MS Access database. Could you please someone will help me to create track changes for this database.

Requirement:

1. All the changes should be tracked to in one Table
2. No one should not have the access to delete it.

Thanks,
Ranjan MK
