Image storing

hello, I've to store images in my DB. can you advise me how is it done in most of cases? As i understand I can store only filepath of files saved in external folder in some field or i've to store the entire file in db some way. As for the second case where am i supposed to look? Is there some access feature or developed component for that?

Open your table in datasheet view and go to your field where you have image, right click on it and select insert object, a new box appears, check the radio button that says create from file, then make sure you select link, then browse to find the folder where your image is stored and select the corresponding image, then click ok. You will have to do this for each image.
