|
I have a database that allows a user to enter transactions. what i want done is this: As soon as a order is complete I want to freeze that record so it cannot be changed in the future. I don't want anyone going in there and messing around with finished orders> How do i accomplish this?

I assume that you are entering the data from a form. Set the form Allow Edits to False. Then the record cannot be edited or changed. lwells |
