Smile Need an ATS DB in Access 2007

[FONT=Georgia]
Hi All,
Im a newb to this forum and M not even a tech person at all, all I know is emails and bit of searching.......googling that is.

Im a recruiter by profession and have just started my own joint...to better manage the process of recruitment and interactions with clients and candidates....I want to automate the process....for that purpose I am looking for a Database complete with tables and relationships that can be implemented right away.

Can nebody suggest me anything or if they can point me into right direction for this....or if somebody can email me the AccessSQL file containing the entire data structure for the said application....it will be a real great help.

I know about most Opensource and non Ops softwares available for this...but I love Msoffice and will stick with an access solution only.

An since Im really short on funds....it makes sense to go with what I have already in place.

I hope I have not bored you or offended you.

Cheers

Ummmmm just saying you want a full application for managing recruits and clients and to "automate the process" doesn't really mean much. Seems like MS Outlook would work given that description.

So what functionality are you really looking for?

Thanks for the reply...Dykebert

What I need is an access based solution that can interact with msoutlook.

If you can or know how to program MSoutlook for this...then my dear nothing beats that...but as I have foretold...Im a nontech peson so you wil have either to handhold me in this or give me an entire step by step detail of how to do it.
another solution can or may be .......

If you have seen MsAccess07 and used it's Northwind Traders...then I just want the identical solution, just a bit different.

I have services to sell and candidates to place & I dont have any shipping phase either. Please go through Northwind Trader Sample DB provided with Access07 and you will get my idea.
--------------

Cheers
Amit
