New In MS ACCESSS..problem in retriving data..

hii..
I am new in MS ACCESS.I had design a page in this 5 checkbox, 2 textbox & 1 button are there.5 checkbox for selecting a project,2 textboxes are for start-end date & 1 button for submit.
I want to retrive/display information on the basis of selected checkbox & date when button was pressed.Plz,.reply how can i do???as fast as possible...
