Text box control?

My MS Access 2003 form has a field, which links to a SQL Server table column which is 'Varchar 4000' for storing notes that are input by the user. I wondered if there is a text box control available that would perhaps pop up if the user wanted to insert or edit the notes? Doesn't need to be Rich Text but some basic editing features would be nice. Even nicer would be the ability to define a kind of 'subject line' as the first line of text that could appear on its own in a standard field - with a popup for viewing/editing the body of the note.

Thanks,
Zarty
