Two Databases one Form

I have a third party database which contains customer information that I need to keep for backend processing of a specialised function.

I am creating a new database with similar customer information. To avoid me having to rekey the information after entering into my new database I would like to update the customer table in realtime in both databases from the one form.

I can update my new database but I am struggling to get the form to update the old database

Best way to do this??

I am fully aware that in an ideal world I wouldnt replicate the data but this cannot be avoided.
