VBA Code to save web pg to shared drive

Hey! I don't know much about VBA code, but I did manage to utilize the FileCopy code to update documents from one folder to another. My new problem is that some of the files that I need to update in my folder (located on a shared drive) are located on a web based server therefore I have a http: address to access these needed files...is there a code that will allow me to pull the web page and save it on a local share drive (like the FileCopy code works)? Please HELP!!!
