Access file tracking

Hello All!
I need a hand if anyone has a spare minute.

is this possible?
I have a form and wish to create an email. I then click the link and it opens up outlook. is there any way once you have created the email and are ready to send it, keep a record of the emails to address, subject and info.

Also
if you create a word doc from access is there any way to record the save location and give it a title? so that you can just click a button or link to open it again?

If you guys could give me any help that would be great! Thanks for your time and thanks in advance!

Outlook stores the required info in Sent Items folder. Outlook IS a database which you can open in Access - it's quite cool.

Don't know about the other stuff.
