An alternative to purchasing the Developers Version??

I created a database that I want to run in a standalone app. I dont want everyone that uses it to have a copy of Access. I just want the app to run by it self.

I heard that I need Office Developers addition. Is there an alternative?

Surely it can be easily converted to a VB app? Or better still a web-based app (ASP)
