Question Configuring SQL Server Agent

I have a problem configuring the SQL Server Agent,
the Service Startup Account part with the 2 options:
System Account and This Account is not enabled, I can't choose any of them,
do you have any idea why or how can i enable this part.

I want to know also if it was enabled which option shall i choose, I'm running Windows XP Professional,
I don't use a username and password for logging into windows, but the user i'm using is a member of the
Administrartors group so shall i use System Account or This Account and what is the difference between them.
Thanks.
