Question Database Collation name

I need a if statement in the database script to be able to recognize the regional settings on the computer.
The database should have Arabic_CI_AS collation if the regional setting is Arabic, and SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS ifor all other settings.
I have alterd the collation of the database to arabic in script, but this is too compllicated for users to do if they want to change language.

Dont be shy if you have any other suggestions on how to make this work either

Best regards
nih
